Prices shown in this web site are wholesale already in US dollar. Please use our shopping cart system to place your order. Credit card payment is the only payment option. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. You will be asked to provide your shipping and payment information at the end of the ordering form through our shopping cart system. Your credit card will automatically be charged and sent out by TNT. Please be aware that we may run short or out of stock of some products from time to time. We are usually able to send out your order within 2 working days. We will e-mail you the tracking number the day we send out the shipment. Your credit card will be charged in Thai baht, which is our local currency. Because of fluctuation in foreign exchange, the actual amount you will be charged may be slightly different from the time of ordering. If you do not have a credit card or cannot use a credit card, please consult with us by e-mail.
Beside minimum quantity requirements for each item, there is a minimum total of $200.00. If you order more than $500.00, your shipping will be FREE to many countries listed below. If the total of your order is less than $500.00, you need to pay flat rate $50.00 for shipping and handling additionally. TNT is usually the cheapest way to ship. There is a 5% discount on orders of more than $5,000.00 and 10% discount on orders of more than $10,000.00. If you have any other enquiries, please feel free to e-mail us. RETURN POLICY:
Occasionally we will unknowingly ship defective merchandise. If you receive defective merchandise notify us immediately, we will credit or replace defective merchandise. You will have to make any such report within 72 hours after shipment arrival. Report any shipping shortages to us within 72 hours too!

PRECAUTION ABOUT INTERNATIONAL TRADING:
All our products are legal in many countries including Thailand, where we are located. However, some of our products may be illegal in some countries. We are unable to keep track of which item may be illegal in what country. We ship our products to any country as according to your shipping instructions. You are going to be responsible for the products you are buying across national boundaries. Please check with the law of your country before placing your order. Because we export our products to many different countries, we do not know about the local customs law in your country. The customs in your country may hold your shipment for some enquiries. In such cases, you will be responsible for contacting the customs and have your shipment sent to you. There is not much we can do from our side in Thailand. Import tax, value added tax and fees associated with importing may be imposed on your shipment, for which you will also be responsible for. If you are trying to import our products from North America, your shipment may be seized when your order contains smoking pipes. Please make sure it is allowed to import the products in your state. If not, please make arrangements with authorities or get a license so you can import the products before placing your order. In case you cannot import the goods, we will return your money only if the goods are returned to us in good condition with restocking fee of $100.00 for orders less than $500.00. If the total of your order is $500.00 or more, restocking fee will be 40% value of the invoices. Sorry the fees are very high. It is because of the 30% import duty and 7% VAT we need to pay to the government here when we receive the returned goods. In case there are other charges, like TNT shipping, as a result of your customs refusal, the amount will also be deducted from the refund. Refunds will be made after we receive the goods.

We send our metal pipes unassembled. You will have to assemble the metal pipes after arrival.

LIMITED WARRANTY:
All products sold are warranted by the Company to the original purchaser against any defect in material or workmanship. No coverage on damaged caused by alteration, misuse, abuse or accident. Any product determined by the company to be defective will be repaired or replaced at the Company's option.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
