We expect everyone to keep track of the whereabouts of their packages and know when the package is expected to be delivered.This applies to smaller towns across Canada where Purolator does not have an outlet in that town, as a result, service with Purolator may take longer than with Canada Post.

All orders placed after 12:00pm EST will be shipped out the following day.
All order are shipped from Vancouver, BC.

Enter your house number and street name in the first address field. (example: 5432 Main Street)

If you live in an apartment, please use the second address field and input your buzzer/code so the courier can access your lobby. (example: Unit 321 Code 9876)

If you do not get your package 2 days after the expected arrival date, let us know and we will file an investigation with the courier used for your order (Canada Post, or Purolator).

Once filed, the courier will conduct an investigation (which can take 5 business days to complete). If they can locate the package, they will ship it to you and you’ll get it a few days later.

If it’s deemed “unrecoverable” or lost in transit, we will send you a 1x replacement package free of charge.

We do not offer postage refunds if your order arrives late due to any postal issues.

Here are 2 likely scenarios:

  1. The postal worker put it in the wrong mailbox, or
  2. What often happens is that a postal worker will scan in all the packages saying they were “successfully delivered” then spend that day and/or the next day delivering it.

If you’re tracking your package on the courier’s website and it looks like it’s headed to the wrong city, it’s most likely due to human error.

Human errors happen on occasion as the postal employee has to manually enter each postal code in the system and if they are off by a digit/letter, it can cause a routing error and subsequent delay of 1-2 days.

Unfortunately, we experience much higher % of postal thefts when shipping to Northern Quebec, Northern Ontario and Nunavut.

We cannot offer any delivery guarantees if you live in these areas and you will be ordering at your own risk.

This means you will not receive a replacement package or refund if your package is lost or stolen.
